About Me

I am a COSRT- and UKCP-accredited Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with over 17 years of experience working in NHS services and private practice. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychodynamic Therapy from the University of Oxford and am a member of the BACP.

My clinical background includes extensive work across NHS sexual health services, rape crisis, addiction services, school counselling, and private practice. This wealth of experience informs a thoughtful, sensitive, and well-contained approach to complex emotional, sexual, and relational issues.

I work with both individuals and couples, offering in-person therapy in Oxford and virtually, on a short- or long-term basis. My work is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, somatic, and relational approaches. I combine depth-oriented therapeutic exploration with practical interventions, attending closely to emotional processes, patterns of relating, and embodied experience.

I place strong emphasis on creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental therapeutic space, particularly when working with intimate and sensitive material. Working collaboratively, I support insight, emotional balance, and meaningful change, with attention to both individual experience and relational dynamics.

Retreats and Workshops

I offer Well-being Retreats that provide a safe, supportive space to rest, reconnect, and enhance your emotional and physical wellbeing.
I also run specialist retreats and workshops for individuals and couples experiencing psychosexual and relationship difficulties, including painful intercourse, vaginismus, pelvic pain, desire and arousal concerns, and intimacy challenges.
