General Therapy
Life can feel challenging at times, and it’s not uncommon to experience periods of anxiety, low mood, or uncertainty. Many people seek therapy to make sense of these experiences, to gain clarity, and to reconnect with a sense of balance and purpose. Therapy provides a safe and supportive space for talking, exploring, healing, and personal growth.
I offer therapy for a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns, including:
- Anxiety and depression
- Addictions or compulsive behaviours
- Feelings of being stuck or lacking direction
- Low self-esteem and personal development
- Life transitions, loss, or periods of change
Talking therapy offers an opportunity to explore your inner world — your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours — and to understand how past experiences may be shaping your present. Together, we will work to identify unhelpful patterns, develop new perspectives, and find ways to enhance your emotional well-being and quality of life.
How we might explore:
Each session will provide you with time and space for you to talk openly in a calm and confidential environment. Together, we will explore what is currently troubling you and identify what you would like to change or understand more deeply.
Our work may involve:
• Reflecting on patterns of thought, feeling, and behaviour
• Understanding the impact of past experiences
• Developing coping strategies and emotional resilience
• Building self-awareness and self-acceptance
• Strengthening your sense of identity and direction

When beginning therapy, I will suggest we have a brief initial phone call to discuss why it is you seek therapy now, your expectations and for me to answer any questions. This is a free call.
